Terms of service

❖ by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
please read before commissioning ❖

i. General

❖ I have the right to refuse any commission request without needing to explain the reason. Any breach of terms will result in the commission being canceled, so please read carefully before commissioning.

❖ Be clear in any instructions given to me. Visual references, moodboards, color palettes are highly encouraged; the more info, the better!

❖ My works may NOT be used for any NFT or NFT-related purposes or uploaded to any NFT sites.

❖ My works may NOT be fed as samples for AI learning or training to any sort of AI generator or program of the like, or used for any AI-related purpose.

ii. Payment

❖ All payments must be made upfront.

❖ All payments should be in USD, preferably via Paypal. Please inform me if you are unable to use Paypal and we can discuss alternative payment methods.

iii. Process

❖ After receiving payment, I will start working on the initial sketch and send it to you so that you may approve it and have a chance to request a revision. Commissioners are allowed only one major revision at the sketch stage (pose change, etc). After the sketch confirmation, I will send progress updates a few times throughout the process, and will take feedback on smaller changes into consideration, but will not accept any major revision requests.

❖ Turnaround time: within 2 weeks, average completion 5-7 business days starting from sketch confirmation. May vary depending on complexity and order amount.

❖ Rush orders are accepted on a case by case basis. As I am currently working part-time, my schedule is not up to me and might influence whether I am able to accept a rush order. You can contact me to discuss the deadline, but the charge will be an additional 50% to the total price.

iv. Copyright / Usage Policy

❖ By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artistic labor and a digital copy of the produced work. I retain the rights to my work. Proper credit MUST be given -- with proper credit meaning correctly attributed on Twitch (for emotes) and credits listed in an easily accessible/visible place in a panel, credits page, etc.

❖ Usage on social media platforms such as twitch, discord servers, community platforms is allowed if credit is provided. Reselling is not allowed.

❖ Resizing or cropping artwork for use in icons, wallpapers, and other non-commercial graphics is allowed, but you are not allowed to alter the artwork itself.

❖ Completed commissions may be posted on twitter and/or included in my carrd portfolio, and the creation process of your commission may potentially be streamed on my twitch channel. If you wish to keep your commission private or be unlisted please let me know.

❖ Currently, I do not allow my work to be used commercially, such as sold on merch or as merch. This may change in the future, but be aware there will be commercial charges associated with those orders.

v. Refund and cancellation policy

❖ A 50% refund can be made if cancellation is made at the first (and only) revision of the emote. Please be sure you are ready to commission me before you place an order.

❖ If I am unable to finish your commission for any unjustifiable reason, you will receive a full refund.
